Shipping Policy
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unless otherwise stated, orders placed before 7pm will be shipped via Royal Mail the next working day.
Orders will be shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service unless another shipping option has been selected. Please refer to the Royal Mail website for details on delivery dates/times, tracking, and Terms & Conditions.
If you supply a telephone number and/or e-mail address for delivery tracking purposes when placing your order, we will provide this to Royal Mail as part of shipping your order.
We can deliver multiple products to a single delivery address, but if you would like us to deliver products to different delivery addresses, these will need to be created as separate orders.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order you can contact us to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once we have approved your request we will send you the instructions for return.
Once we have received and inspected the returned items and a refund has been approved, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the items are faulty or incorrect. We recommend you use a signed for service as the goods will be your responsibility until they are received by us. If items are not properly packed and are damaged in transit we may offer a partial refund. The order must be carefully packed and returned unused, unopened and all tags and original packaging intact.

Damages
Please inspect your order as soon as you’ve received it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions
Returns cannot be accepted for certain items such as perishable goods, custom/personalised products and personal care products for hygiene reasons (such as beauty products).
